Mediocre stay, Several issues noted

Our room was quite small. The lack of a proper restaurant REALLY bothered me. I had to order from a limited snack menu. The food arrived cold. IT was also frustrating to find the toaster broken during breakfast.

The room was beautifully decorated with modern and elegant furniture. I found the room cozy. It felt well designed, though not super spacious. Attentive staff created a lively atmosphere that remained serene. I thought access to the metro and attractions was easy.
I noticed that the hotel appears to have a very strict 3pm check in time. I waited for hours, and my room wasn't ready until 3:30pm which i found annoying. I observed that the dreadful music played in reception. There wasn't enough information about what is available and no map was offered
